Runners. Out in 2011
Jan's new children's thriller, Runners (working title), will be released in 2011 by Philomel books - an offshoot of Penguin USA. It's a science fiction story about a thuggish teenager who gets a chance to redeem himself by saving his dying community. It's it's only going to be released in the USA to begin with - but you'll be able to order it on Amazon if you live in Britain.

Artists Wanted
Jan is looking for artists to collaborate with him on a couple of projects. One is a full length adult graphic novel called ‘Hide’ about an immoral Scots psychologist in Texas. He writes it and you draw it. Simple.
Jan is also looking for illustrators to work with him on a children’s picture book. There is no guarantee that either of these will get published as they’re a complete departure from what he normally does. But if you want to take a chance, he’s up for it. Just get in touch
